For the people of Paradise, there will be Paradise in heaven. That is, the people of Jannati Hur, Jannatira will remain as permanent, which does not have toilets, urine etc.

In this connection, Allah says that those who believe in good deeds will enter the Paradise, under which rivers flow, they will remain there for them, and there will be a wife for them, and I will submit them to perpetuity.
