Altcoins, at the time a lot of altcoin potential gain and money is being invested in bitcoin. There are al lot or traders in the market tho.. The total marketcap have risen and some altcoins need to catch up, they will when bitcoin stops growing for a couple of weeks.
Coins: Siacoin ! 0.007, was at 0.0020. It will go even higher in de future.
STEEM. Also has much more value now then 1.16. It wil go back to 2,5 and higher.
Coins like Potcoin and BAT recently also "catched up" also etheureum did it
Many altcoins are not going to catch up because their value has already risen due to bitcoin rising and whales are getting smarter. Bitcoin continues to rise while coins like Dogecoin will continue to meander around 300k ish market caps cos it's basically used as a side chain to bitcoin for lower fees.
Naaah, dogecoin has no purpose. Some are good side chains and possibly worth more. I suggested this a short term opportunity. Wouldnt hold a ton of altcoins for the long run.

Pivx is a little better but you have to go through bittrex to get thr coins. If you have 10,000 pivx coins you get to vote on what the network does.
