Just wanted to share that I had an auditory "hallucination" of a man chanting ooohhhmmm last night at about 6:15 PST it was awesome and humbling and it really helped me focus on the present. I thought it was a neighbor but I could hear my neighbor behind that sound. It went away for a moment and then came back. I think I'm tuning in to a higher frequency. Crazy rant over :)
