Gun Laws & Drug Laws, & Border Walls, Oh My!

There are possibly no better examples of detrimental laws in today's society than those forbidding the possession of drugs and/or guns. Meanwhile, these laws are destroying millions of lives. The drug war has given rise to cartels, skyrocketed the murder rate (in certain cities and regions), caused mass incarcerations, and led to dangerous "legal" drug alternatives. Similarly, gun laws - and specifically gun free zones, have made our schools, nightclubs, and concert venues into figurative turkey shoots. What in the hell do people think a border wall will achieve?
