Fact is, voting doesn't confer any legitimacy to anything...
Only by consent is any act lawful, and consent can only be given by contract...

Contract is the only mechanism in law for giving consent.
Jury is the only mechanism in law for making decisions.

These two statements define exactly how a lawful society should work. It's just too simple for sophisticated folks to grasp I guess... :)
