Who can stop the Lord
Lucifer tried his hand
But lost the gamble
To sit upon God's throne

Some Angels tried to rebel
To make a stand, and
Align themselves with Lucifer
But were suddenly cast down

Israel tries to stop Him
By blocking the way down
To cement the Eastern gate
But it will crumble with the quake

Who can stop the Lord
We mere humans think
That we can somehow do it
To keep Him from returning

The Romans tried to kill Him
But the grave spat Him out
We could not bury Him
We just can't get rid of Him

Who can stop the Lord
Or change His edicts
How can men impeach
The King from His throne

To say He doesn't exist
To turn the other way
To call Him a fairytale
Does what to God, exactly

You can't undo His judgments
Or change His mind around
To your way of thinking
For you are nothing but a man

He didn't take a censes
Or put it for a vote
Didn't ask for your opinion
On the laws that He wrote

Who can stop the Lord
King of all ages
The power of the universe
The ruler of heaven and earth
