Extinct Animal.....Exaeretodon

The Exaeretodon is an extinct animal that used to live in the region that is now Argentina.

It was an herbivore that grew to six feet long. What's interesting is that it's teeth were shaped for grinding which is usually what a meat eater would have.

Exaeretodon did not grow teeth until they were older juveniles so their mothers had to regurgitate food for them to eat. It is not exactly known when they became extinct.
