The Tasmanian devil is the largest carnivorous marsupial in the world. We all know that funny cartoon that ran at the speed of light and used the same name. But the reality is that it is a very aggressive animal that does not notice in attacking its congeners. At present, these creatures are only found in the wild on the island of Tasmania, Australia, and are in danger of extinction. The problem with his violent behavior is that he can spread his facial illness, a form of transmissible and deadly cancer. This is because when they attack each other, they do it by biting their faces.
Their name is also due to the fact that they are very ferocious while they eat, to which they emit very sharp shrieks and, of course, to the Australian island in which they live.
In the beginning, these animals lived throughout the continent. After the expansion of the aborigines, its population has been reduced to the island of Tasmania.
