Palm doves are very common in Israel, unlike pigeons though, they are solitary birds so you will seldom see more than one or two at the same place. The palm dove was my favorite bird when I was a child.
So another animal photography from your side! This is an amazing, a perfect example of macro photography. BTW, I didn't know it before that this bird is called as Palm dove. Thumbs Up! :)

Doves are some of my favorite kind of birds, but I haven't seen one that has such orange-ish feathers like this, so that is pretty cool!

Thank you, but this is not a macro photograph. I used regular zoom and my secret stelth tecnique.
