Animals form part of the nature. But the lives and generation of these species are in danger right now.
1.Orangutan

This animal lives in lowland forest and can weigh up to 200 pounds. They rest during the day and work mostly at night , by making nest in trees of vegation. They feed on wild fruits like lychees and mangosteens . This animal has experienced a sharp decrease in recent years.
2.Asian Elephant

Elephants are used as an important icon in Asian culture . They weigh up to 11, 000 pounds.
They form a group of 6 or 7 females, led by the oldest. They feed mostly on leaves, grass and tree barks. They do not produce offsprings a lot as other mammals and their species can be wiped off easily.
3.Black Rhino

They are the smallest of the two African rhino species. Their pointed lips help them to feed on leaves and trees. Due to European hunters, the population of these animals have drastically increased in the recent years. They can weigh up to 3000 pounds
4.African Wild Dog

This animal is one of the most endangered species in the world. The largest population still remains in Southern and Eastern Africa. They gather in packs of ten or more. It can sprint more than 44 miles per hour.
5 . Saola

This animal is mostly called the Asian Unicorn. It is in only four occasions that Saola has been documented by Scientists up to date. This shows how endangered these species are.
They are found only in the mountains of Laos and Vietnam
that's really sad, the future generation will not have the chance to see these animals anymore.great post!!
