The most beautiful animals in the world
- Foxes
Foxes belong to the Canidae family and are usually smaller than our domestic dogs, which, by the way, are beautiful too. There are about 37 different species that can be identified as a fox. They usually have a narrow muzzle and a thick fur tail.
Of the 37 recognized species, only 12 belong to the original fox line. The most common of these species is the red fox. Foxes tend to be seen as very cunning animals. All agree that they are magnificent animals, they are wild but, without doubt, very beautiful.
- Turtles
The turtles are basically reptiles. They are characterized by having a shell that extends from their ribs and serves as a protective layer. The earliest known turtles date back to about 125 million years and are therefore considered the oldest members of the reptile family.
Most turtles are aquatic, however, they do not lay their eggs under water, but they can breathe under the sea. When they feel threatened, these beautiful creatures take shelter in their shell, although if they turn it around they are very vulnerable.
- Polar bears
They belong to the bear family. Mainly, polar bears are native to the Arctic Circle. They are known as the largest carnivores in the world. An adult male can weigh between 350 and 680 kilograms. There are a total of 19 subpopulations of polar bears, and 8 of them are decreasing rapidly, reason why they are classified as vulnerable species.
This can be attributed mainly to the hunting of these animals, so important in the culture of the human populations of the Arctic. Polar bears belong to the family of Ursidae.
- Tigers
Tigers are the largest species of felines, as they can reach 3.3 meters in length. They can weigh about 306 kilograms. These animals are the third largest carnivores on earth. They belong to the Felidae family. Tigers have been depicted in ancient mythology and folklore, and appear in various flags, coat of arms, etc.
It is hard to believe that the tigers are in danger, but they are seriously threatened. They are beautiful creatures, especially thanks to their fur. Their tactic of attack is through stealthy actions, in which they are very good.
- Stallion horses
A male horse that has not been castrated is known as a stallion horse or, stallion, in English. People usually feel very fond of these animals and consider them very elegant. These horses are not usually aggressive animals, although this depends on the type of training you receive.
They need a lot of care if they want to keep them perfect. The term Stallion dates from the era of Henry VII. They are herd animals, but they can be trained to be part of equestrian shows and / or competitions.
- Lions
They belong to the Felidae family and are one of the four largest cats, in fact, are the largest living cats on the planet after the tigers. Some males exceed 250 kilograms in weight. Most of these animals are native to Africa and some parts of Asia.
About 10,000 years ago lions were the most abundant mammals roaming the planet. They live between 10 and 14 years in wild life, however, in captivity, it usually increases their life expectancy to about 20 years. The males are easily distinguished thanks to the mane that they have around their neck and that makes them look so fascinating.
- Dolphins
- Eagles
These birds belong to the family of Accipitridae. There are different species throughout Eurasia and Africa. Outside these regions you can find 2 species in the United States and Canada, 9 species in Central and South America, and 3 species in Australia. These are birds of prey, and are usually very large and strong. They usually live in nests that build on cliffs and trees. They really are awesome creatures.
- Bobcats
This is a name you will not hear often, although there are some popular sayings from Spanish speaking countries that refers to the agility of this animal. There are about 4 species of medium-sized cats, and lynxes are one of these. His name comes from Middle English. It belongs to the Felinae family.
They usually have short tails and black hairs on the tips of their ears. They have a collar of hair around the neck that gives them a peculiar appearance. These are its main characteristics, and as a curious fact, it can be said that its largest specimen is known as the Eurasian lynx.
- Arctic Wolves
They are also known as polar wolf or white wolf. They descend from the gray wolf and are mammals belonging to the Caniadae family. They can usually be found in the Canadian Arctic and parts of Alaska.
When you see a wolf-like creature with its completely white coat, you're sure to be an Arctic wolf. They are the only subspecies of wolves that is not threatened, a fact that may be the result of which they will rarely remain close to human contact.
