Anonymous Bitcoin: Three different features in one new coin (zcl + btc+ masternodes).
“All human beings have three lives: public, private, and secret.”
― Gabriel García Márquez, Gabriel García Márquez: a Life
We are currently in a moment where the capitalization of the cryptocurrency market is approaching important figures, therefore, the Hacker activity will increase, undoubtedly. Any measure that favors the security and privacy of transactions will take on greater importance in the near future. Even though we could be confident of the immutability of the blockchain, perhaps the attacks or monitoring could happen at the level of other layers of the TCP model. This justifies the birth of ANON or Anonymous Bitcoin, using zk-SNARKs technology.
For the non-technical readers, the basic premise of the zk-SNARKs feature is to allow have a one-time receipting address, a one-time sending address and an encrypted amount, therefore there´s no way one ever knows who sent any quantity to anyone.
But wait! Privacy coins are not a novelty. So why consider this project?
Anon Project capitalizes former mistakes of previous privacy coins, by bringing something on the table, adding Masternodes.
Masternodes = Descentralization
One of the ways that promote the currency price decentralization is using masternodes, which allow users to be rewarded with the coin continuously, by keeping a certain amount (collateral) in their wallet.
The fork will provide a 1:1 ratio of Anonymous Bitcoin to all holders of ZClassic ("ZCL") and Bitcoin ("BTC") and is going to take place on September 10, 2018.
Down the road, they plan to announce the exchanges they would apply to get listed (on August 15 or earlier).
The ANON team is planning to burn the non-claimed coins after the fork on January 1st, 2019, whose consequence will positively impact the price of the currency, by reducing a supply that is already considerably low (around 25 millions supply).
The non-stopping publicity
Coins live and die because of community support on them. For that reason, the Anon project has well concerned with promoting bounty-campaigns to build an important and eager community even before the fork event (Twitter, Discord, Articles, Youtube videos, etc).
During the last 3 months, the creator of the ANON project, Jake Greenbaum, and Lead Developer, Sam Abbassi have traveled actively around the world, attending numerous meetings, in order to promote and publicize the project. They also have the support of Steven Nerayoff, the creator of Ethereum’s record-setting token sale. The rest of the team includes actors with participation in others successful projects in the crypto world.
POW And Masternodes run the Action
The developers decided that a (65/35) percentage reward between the proof of work and the masternodes (in that order) could be the most convenient ratio to make Anon owners and miners obtain sustainable benefits and decrease the possibility of a negative impact on the price of the currency.
