Anxiety

I wrote this last night. I decided to share it on here.

She sees herself crawling back into that dark space
It's been quite some time since she had this feeling
She feels it,
gradually creeping in
All she can do is watch and hope to God it doesn't take over
She hates feeling this way
It gives her so much unrest
She needs a place to escape
She prays to get out
She prays to never know this,
this uneasy feeling
Yet she can't help it.
