Anxiety - the city that never sleeps! The job that never gives you a break - just more and more unpaid overtime...
I've learned a lot of coping skills in the last few years - when I finally understood that anxiety was why my mind runs on overdrive all the time - but it's still there. Lurking. Suggesting topics for worry and obsession.
I ignore the best I can.
I repeat positive self-talk.
I listen to audiobooks to get to sleep.
