... that bring you joy, that light you up, and give more of your energy into amplifying them.
You could also choose to focus on the things you don’t like or don’t have and as a result, amplify them instead.
Whenever I bring this up there’s a few people who point out that we can’t ignore the “negative” things in life. They say it’s important not to bypass the realities that are around us today.
I agree.
But doesn’t the fact that you don’t have 100 Million dollars imply that you have SOME? Doesn’t the fact that your single mean you have more time for yourself? Even working a job you hate means you aren’t unemployed. It also means you have learned more about what you DON’T like to do, and therefore can design more opportunities for what you DO want.
You see, it’s all perspective.
You amplify reality with the lens you wear.
Which is your choice.
