Let's see. Steem had the potential to be a top 10 currency. But it chose to ignore its potential in favour of retaining centralized control. Now, people have the chance to see what a social platform fully owned by the community is actually capable of.
So while I agree some will still dump, I also think we now have a new and better chance of marketing our blockchain than what Steem ever did.
