thanks for your kind reply! if left in its brown paper bag it stays crispy on the outside and soft on the inside ! after the first day I usually put it in a plastic bag to soften the outside and keep it fresh longer if it lasts that long, lol!! ๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ˜‚โค
