The beauty, big and small is all around us if we just take the time to stop, look, appreciate and learn!

I found this miniature beauty on my walk yesterday. The flower is about the size of a dime (8-4 mm) but so gorgeous in its color and detail!

The App “Picture This” showed me that it is a Herb Robert, a species of Cransebills also known as a Robert Geranium. It grows up to 50 cm in height and produces this small., pink 5 petalled flower. The common name Herb Robert was named after a French monk who lived in 1000 AD, and who cured the suffering of many people from various diseases using this plant.

Remember, during this time of crisis look around and enjoy what you have.

You can’t appreciate if you don’t look!
