They also have a chicken version available. For under AU$13, it’s cheaper than most schnitzels you’d get in a pub. I will most definitely be back again!

No worries. That's what social media is, engaging. I alway love to see what people are eating. They do give huge portions today. Baby steps on the dieting. It has to be a lifestyle change. Slow and steady. If I do walk some, try to get out, I eat something yummy.
I am seeing a dietitian and other doctors because I have type 2 diabetes, so I also should be keeping my diet in check. Christmas has been ridiculous though.
Keto, intermittent fasting. Please look up Doctor Berg on youtube, please hes a great person explaining diabetes, root functions of our bodies etc. These Doctors keep you diabetic. Watch him and implement his tactics along with what your doctor is doing. I promise you. Youd see results on blood sugar
