Apple Watch 4 .... skin irritation !!!

Hello dear community,

bought an Apple Watch 4 in December of last year, I am also very satisfied with the Watch.

But what strikes me is that I get a skin reaction to the clock. see image

Hope you can see that in the picture. My question ... does this someone else or am I just sensitive?
