You were there,
Like a shining pearl
Amidst a room full of people.

The moment I saw you
Something clicked,
Like a chilled breeze brushed my face.

And then, you smiled
Oh My God!
My heart instantly skipped a beat.
The beauty of your smile cannot be defined,
The magic it spreads can only be realized.

Thereafter, it became a ritual
Your smile has something unusual.
It has got power to uplift my mood
From anything to super-good.
But no, not only your smile
I was awestruck with your innocent vibes.

Watching you was like enjoying the beauty of snow,
And every time a smile used to adorn my face, even before I know.
But not only your presence, your absence also makes me smile,
'Coz thought of your being , crosses my mind in every while.

They say, facial beauty is realized soon,
But to see the soul you need to stay.
You proved this wrong in the first very moment,
‘Coz the beauty of your soul was visible like water in a tray.

It was going well,
I enjoyed watching you smile,
Once in every while.
And then on one fine day, I heard your voice
As if your smile was not sweet enough
Your voice was full of melodious stuff.

I still remember the day,
When your voice hustled through my ear,
It was the sweetest medley I had ever heard,
Capable enough to make anyone cheer.
I may sound crazy,
But your single glance can make anyone go dizzy.
The aura of yours can never be drained,
And everything else in front of you seems so mundane.

It may seem love at first sight,
But it was something which words cannot quantify.
For me you are like the color white,
Having a perfect proportion of everything required.

I hope you always stay the same
With the smile, enough to make anyone smile
