في مقال اليوم ساتطرق الى موضوع يعاني منه الكثير و قد وقع معي مرتين عندما اردت اغلاق حسابي البنكي

تحدثت العديد من المصادر على أن القائمين على المؤسسات البنكية بالمغرب يسارعون هاته الأيام لمعالجة اختلالات إغلاق الحسابات البنكية، حيث يواجه العديد من الزبناء مشاكل كثيرة مع بنوكهم.

و حسب ذات المصادر الإعلامية فقد دخل البنك المركزي في محادثات مع البنوك التجارية على اساس تسهيل المساطر الخاصة بإغلاق الحسابات البنكية، علما أن الأرقام الأخيرة الواردة في آخر تقرير لمديرية الإشراف البنكي، تشير إلى استحواذ الشكايات المرتبطة بإغلاق الحسابات البنكية (129 شكاية)، على أزيد من نصف الشكايات (233 شكاية)، الخاصة بتدبير الحسابات البنكية.

وأضافت المصادر ذاتها، أن بنك المغرب يعتزم إعداد دورية في هذا الشأن، بالتنسيق مع تجمع مهنيي البنوك المغاربة، ستركز على تسهيل إجراءات إغلاق الحسابات البنكية، وعدم تحميل الزبناء تكاليف إضافية خلال العملية، خصوصا أن مؤشر أسعار الخدمات البنكية “IPSB ”، أظهر تطورا بزائد 7 % مقارنة مع السنة المرجعية 2011، مع الإشارة إلى أن 80 من التكاليف، مرتبطة بالخدمات المضمنة في باقات البطاقات البنكية. كما تعتزم تفعيل القانون في ما يتعلق بالحسابات “المجمدة”، المتراكمة لدى مجموعة من البنوك حاليا.

وأظهرت المعطيات الأخيرة، أن مشكل إغلاق الحسابات البنكية يهم ملفا من أربعة على طاولة الوسيط البنكي، وهو الوضع الذي قلص مستوى رضى الزبناء إلى النصف، ذلك أن زبونا من أصل اثنين غير راض عن الخدمات البنكية المقدمة إليه، حسب نتائج استطلاع مشترك بين بنك المغرب والبنك الدولي، بينما يمثل نقل الحسابات من بنك إلى آخر، هاجسا بالنسبة إلى زبناء البنوك، خصوصا المقيدين منهم بالتزامات ائتمانية، وكذا المتوفرين على منتوجات بنكية متعددة.
