غالبا ما يكتفي الناس طامحين في تغيير المكان و الزمان للهروب من واقعهم وظروفهم ومشاكلهم وهمومهم وتحدّياتهم. وهم يحسبون و يتوقّعون ويأملون أن يغيّروا حالهم و يتحسّن أمرهم ، ولكنّهم بعد جهدٍ وتجريبٍ يجدون أنّه في الحقيقة هربوا بواقعهم وبظروفهم وبمشاكلهم وبهمومهم وبتحدياتهم إلى حيث تنقّلوا ولجأوا ، تماما كمن يحمل جذوة نار في ظهره ينشرهاحيثما ذهب.
وهذا لأنّ ما يعانونه أو يعايشونه هو في الواقع شيئ نابع منهم و موجود فيهم، وما لم يعرفوا هذه الحقيقة ويعترفوا بها ثمّ يواجهوها بعزم و حزم فإنّهم لا يجدوا فارقا ولا راحة ولا تغييرا من تحرّكهم إلّا بقدر نشوة عابرة من الاستكشاف والتجريب، سريعا ما تخفت تخبو ويرجعون لواقعهم
التغيير يبدأ من الداخل و لا يعرف ما بداخل النّفس إلا صاحبها
