Israel legalize racism: check the Israeli National State law إسرائيل تشرع العنصريه: تعرفون علي قانون الدوله القوميه الإسرائيلي

The Israeli Knesset lately has approved the lsraeli national state law check its clauses : -

• It's defining Israel as a historic homeland for the Jews

• Encouraging jewish settlement

• Defining Jerusalem as a united capital of Israel

• Determining Hebrew as the only official language for Israel after the Arabic language has had a similar status

Which simply means :

• according to the frist point : Israel confirm preference Jews to Arabs which make jews frist degree citizens and Arabs {The original owners of the land} second or third degree citizens

• according to the second point: Israel encourages more of forced displacement of Palestinians from their homes and property

• according to third point : Israel wants to take Jerusalem as its capital after it was an international area and under a time division between Arabs and Jews therefore expulsion Palestinians out of Jerusalem

This law directly breaks the international laws but no one talked which make us wonder about how powerful the lsraeli effect on the international community

This law is described by human rights organizations as dedication of racism against Arabs who constitute one fifth of the population

Just keep in mind that this law is only a legislation for israeli violations of the Palestinians which already exist

وافق الكينست الإسرائيلي مؤخرا علي قانون الدوله القوميه تفقدوا بنوده :-

يحدد إسرائيل رسميا وطنا تاريخيا لليهود •

يشجع الاستيطان اليهودي •

يحدد القدس كعاصمه موحده لإسرائيل •

يحدد العبريه وحدها كلفه رسميه لإسرائيل بعد أن كانت اللغه العربيه تحظي بمكانه مماثله

بناء علي النقطه الأولي : إسرائيل تؤكد تفضيل اليهود علي العرب مما يجعل اليهود مواطنين من الدرجه الاولى والعرب { المالكين الأصليين للأرض } مواطنين من الدرجه الثانيه او الثالثه

بناء علي النقطه الثانيه : إسرائيل تشجع المزيد من التهجير القسري للفلسطينيين من بيوتهم وممتلكاتهم

بناء علي النقطه الثالثه : اسرائيل تريد أن تاخذ القدس عاصمه لها بعد أن كانت منطقه دوليه وكانت مقسمه زمنيا بين اليهود والعرب وبالتالي طرد العرب من القدس

هذا القانون يكسر مباشرة القوانين الدوليه ولكن لم يتكلم أحد مما يجعلنا نتساءل عن مدي قوة التأثير الإسرائيلي علي المجتمع الدولي

هذا القانون وصف من قبل مؤسسات حقوقية بأنه تكريس العنصريه ضد العرب اللذين يشكلون خمس السكان

ولكن تذكر هذا القانون ليس إلا تشريع للانتهاكات الإسرائيلية للفلسطينيين واللتي هيا موجوده اساسا
