SIGH: Truck Driver ruins some of the Nazca Lines :(

It's just amazing how much damage a single or small group of people can do. 2000 year old artifacts of wonder destroyed in minutes. Surprising anything from then survives the modern age unless totally protect.

On the flip side, we're lucky to live in a time where so much is preserved digitally (I know not same thing) and allows anyone to explore. Few years back I got obsessed on these lines and the area. Just went over to google earth and got lost "flying" around. Give it a try with this link. You'll get lost for days!
