Keeping up my archery skills

I decided to go to the archery range today to practice. I did well, but need more practice. Lately, I haven't been practicing as much as I could. I bought a few extra arrows and I have wanted to by a compoud pow, but they are so expensive. I am saving up. As I understand recurve bows are a little more dificult to use as you have to know instictively where the arrow is going to hit. There is no aim asist. The compound bow is still a challenge in its own right, however.
