@musicoplanetario, Hello !! This is the Museum of Art, Architecture and Technology ( MAAT ) by Amanda Levete created in 2016 I think ! It's located in Belem. And this is not the best view.. when you are on the top of the construction it's wonderful you have the city on one side and the sea on the other
