The Old residence in Calabar, Nigeria
I remember the day I took this photo of the British Old residence in Calabar which served as the Lord's palace overlooking the water bey. It is now a museum. I was with one of the most incredible art lovers of all time and someone I drew passion from. He made me learn that things appear differently from the lense of a camera. The story behind this building is remarkable and one that will leave nothing but wonder in your heart. The most intriguing is that the whole building as you see it was fabricated in England, transported by ship and assembled in Calabar. Let us leave the ills that went on behind those walls for another day. I just woke up and decided to edit this pic. What do y'all think. After and before
