Sounds like another good initiative for Steemit and the blockchain, in which creative endeavors should be encouraged and adequately rewarding participants.

There are other curation entities here which search for, and up-vote artists (Like @artzone ) perhaps there could be additional partnering/collaboration or whatever between such sources?
