I use the same name there as here so just invite me to DM (direct message) with you and maybe we can get this sorted out for you. I may not be there when and if you decide to join but my green light is usually always on. If you have trouble navigating Discord just go to #general-noposting and ask one of the greeters/monitors. They're really a very helpful group.
I'll keep an eye out for you...maybe keep the same name you use here at Discord if do decide you want to join and learn more about how things work in this Steemitsphere...if not...I wish you much luck going forward...forget about making any substantial amount of money and focus more on sharing original content...we all make mistakes @anthea so if this is all a result of your not understanding the underlying mechanisms here then you have a chance to restart and I'm willing to try to help.
If you're here to just make money, and it doesn't seem you're being spammy with your few posts...then there's nothing I can do to help you recover from your current muting. People far more influential have made their point. As is their right.

If you and your comment copying spamming friends are actually people, then you guys can all stop the comment spam and your accounts may not end up with a negative reputation score. Posting thousands of copy/pasted spam comments per day has been noticed.
