Cordon Blue yang Tak Biru
Sarapan itu sederhana saja. Sepotong ayam, kentang goreng, dan seuprit lalap. Nama kerennya Cordon blue. Tapi dia tak biru. Tak ada pula warna biru di antaranya. Entah mengapa demikian
Menurut Mbah Wikipedia, nama makanan ini berasal dari Prancis. Artinya “pita biru”. Istilah ini, menurut Larousse Gastronomique mengacu pada pita biru yang dikenakan para ksatria level tertinggi, L'Ordre des chevaliers du Saint-Esprit, yang didirikan okeh Raja Prancis Henri III pada 1578. Tapi, tukang masak juga memakai pita biru. Maka bercampurlah istilah ini.
