Skull - Pencil Sketch / Tattoo Flash

I've been working on my pencil sketching, looking forward to trying this out on skin one of these days.

I haven't got progress photo's but generally how I begin is either a trace or basic sketch of the object.
I then add in all the dark areas with a dark B pencil and then work my way up through the varying shades until my lightest.
( I assume this is pretty standard. )
