A man run from his village due to tribal war that was vital in the village, he struggles out of this crisis to rescue his four children and and his pregnant wife, he came back to fetch some things which they could survive on but on his way back to cross the border he ended up in the hands of others tribal, they communicate with him with their tongue but he was not able to respond back, they take him and tie him up, afar off his wife saw him been tie up and being beaten merciless, her wife couldn't withstand it any longer she told the oldest son among to take care of his younger brothers and sisters, she warn him never to come out no matter what happened, she came out from where she hidden to pleased for her husband life, but this tribe show no mercy, they tie up this wife as well, one this tribe leader who caught them has sympathy for this pregnancy wife, he ordered them to untie her and they should gave her water to drink because they tie them and put them on the face of harsh sunning!

Husband was groaning in pain while he lay down weak and tired, as soon as they untie the pregnant wife with a Calabar full of water, she runs through her husband to gave him water, but unfortunately the pregnant wife was shot from behind by one of this tribe soldiers, in this hardship, he lost his wife and two children runs out to from their hidden place to embrace their mother in the pool of blood, one of this tribe soldiers prevent them getting to their mother the first bite him hardly he eventually this soldiers kill him with knife the one was killed with sword while their father watching them live while this tribes are taking away his family life.

Remaining two children (boy of 16yrs of age and his sister 10yrs) escape from the border they run through east with no directions or ideal of where they are heading to; suddenly the younger girl got into trap set for animals, she scream and they cried for help's fortunately one hunter aiming shooting an animal heard the sound help at a distance, he traced up the sound and finally seen them, he rescue this young girl and begin to ask them series of questions; he took them to his house, gave them food to eat and water, these children had already sleep before a wife to this hunter arrived home from evening market!

Wife asked his husband where he took them from, he explained everything to his wife and this wife was convinced as well, because they are both older and live alone after their only daughter got married 16yrs ago to another tribe, they never set their eyes on her again, they assumed their only daughter has dead long time ago, when they are still on conversation the oldest boy wake up and was listening to their conversation, very early in the morning, he wake his sister's up from sleep to do some homework (sweeping and washing ) they are on it while the man and his wife met them sweeping, they blessed them, and they older boy responded I overheard your conversation, your daughter whom married to another tribe for the past 16yrs she is our mother, he described her mother and story which her mother used to told them about her parents, they bursted to crying and embrace their grand children. This is how the children located their mother grand's. In the dark time it seem they will all perish but they finally survived despite the unpleasant experience they had, they finally survived it. This boy finally became the greatest ruler over others villages and he banned tribals wars from the villages under him.

We should always do our best to others even at the darkest moments of their lives, we never know what tomorrow will bring.
