#ColorChallenge #SundayPurple

This is an #ArtChime I made using pencil and a ruler, interpreted with colored marker.
I enhanced the colors and added a 66° Spiral.
Although it is multi-colored, it is predominantly purple.

My #ArtChime project consists of creating a geometric stencil then eliciting the help of other artists to create differing perspectives using the same stencil, using whatever methods they wish to interpret what they see.
These are scanned and printed onto clear plastic then cut into squares, then placed in cubes where they will hang in well-lit places. The colored facets capture light and project the same on their surrounding areas.
The term #ArtChime is derived from chimes that make noises when wind blows past. The same idea is true here but instead of sound being the medium for enjoyment, these dance in colored light.
