Ooo I really like this idea! I’m not sure I’d have all the patience to just prep the bottle though. What are the punts for anyways? I’ve always wondered that.
Honestly, I was shocked at how long it took! I would only do it again in a large batch where I could do several at once. There doesn't seem to be a single consensus on why the punts are there, but there are many theories.
