Baltic Melancholia
Stasys Eidrigevičius (born 24 July 1949 in Mediniškiai, Lithuania) is a painter and a graphic artist. Like most of Eastern European artists his artworks possess a very strong melancholia which is weaved within dusty colors and deformed forms. His portraits gaze upon the spectators penetrates the soul trying to find a peaceful place within to finally breaking their silence and opening their hearts and telling all their sad stories.
