The lock down has taken a toll on everyone and especially the children who can't help but to want to run out and play.

I was particularly worried about my niece and how she would manage kept in the house for so long, but surprisingly children adapt better than us to changes.

It may be their ability to imagine and live in their own world, that brings down any real life boundaries. Just like little ducks, you throw them in the water and they swim joyfully seeing the true colors of life and light, even in times of darkness.

I made this painting for my niece's room but though she's still a toddler she prefers her own abstract art to mine :)
