Need Help Please Jozsef v Breznay Hungarian artist dated 1952 KUMAS Sad Lady

Hi fellow steamers Hope you can help with a picture I have that belonged to my wife Debs father, who unfortunatly passed away suddenly in February this year at the age of 83
Whilst going through the strenuous task of clearing his house we came across the following picture of a young lady looking very sad and is signed J V Breznay 1952 KUMAS
The father in law lived in a 16th century cottage alone as my mother in law passed away 7 years ago, they had lived there about 40years, the picture was hidden in the chimney breast, possibly contributing to the damage, so unsure if he new it was even there
The picture is in a damaged condition as shown, but without the father in law being hear to ask, how and where he got hold off the picture we are at a loose end
After looking on the Internet and looking up the name J V BREZNAY I have managed to find his name as Jozsef and a Hungarian artist, but not really much else
We don't really know what to do with the picture or where to take to, to get any information, and was hoping the STEEMIT Steamers can help
Please be patient with me as I am totally new to blogging and don't even no if I can do this on Steemit but we are at a loose end and don't want to discard before doing as much as I can
