PicsArt is an image editing, collage and drawing application and a social network. Interesting things can be created with this app for different effects. PicsArt really allows for countless settings and is free of charge.
PicsArt is one of my favourite tools to work on my pictures and make them look more interesting or cooler, and as a plus it is a lot of fun to play with the different filters.
