I have spent today working on my superhero alter ego mask. The painting is based on the concept of Ophelia, from Shakespeare’s Hamlet, rising from the waters and taking on super human strength and powers. I suppose it’s sort of Shakespeare’s Ophelia meets the Black Widow, an obvious combination! I think this is who my alter ego superhero character would be!
She doesn’t have a name. Maybe you could help with that?
The picture is mixed media. Materials used are watercolours, paint pens, pencil crayon, tissue paper, netting, newspaper, bubble wrap and gold foil.

I love the details and the textures of your art very much. Especially that you often mix in some words. I guess, I will have to refresh my Shakespeare to get to know what your alter ego is about.
Thank you, I do enjoy putting texture into my pieces. I suppose it's a little lost on the computer screen.
The images on screen might not look as detailed as in real life, but as you always provide us lot's of close-ups, I guess the details are pretty much visible.
