Drawing with DADA at the TATE

A few weeks ago, on November 29th, I joined DADA at the Tate Modern in London as we created an interactive live drawing performance inspired by the work of Nam June Paik called Screens: an exploration. We were joined online by artists from around the world who were taking part in the live drawing event. It was an interesting evening, and I had the opportunity to meet some great artists and listen to talks about the digital arts. You can read about the event, see more work by the artists involved, and watch videos on the site https://tate.dada.nyc/.

21 artists from around the world, known as The DADA Collective, will create a collaborative visual conversation in real time, interacting with the audience online and with the audience at the Tate.

The DADA Collective is an evolving group of artists from dada.art. The group of artists for this performance was curated by DADA advisors Anne Bracegirdle and Jason Bailey, and by Serena Tabacchi of MoCDA and Tate Modern.

I see you've been away from Steemit a bit--but still in mode of creation. Glad to stop by and see you. Lots of hugs your way Dear Lady!

Hugs your way too. Yes, I have a lot of projects on at the moment so blogging has had to be on hold.

I imagine you always have exciting projects going on, as your talent is very diverse. Glad to see you are just pausing between major awesomeness, and not truly stepping away. You're a staple for me here on Steem @opheliafu! <3 Much love! <3

Congratulations my friend! What an honour this must have been!

Hi @opheliafu! Would you be able to pass the Steem Torch to the next user when you get a chance so that the experiment continues? Thank you.

Hey @geekgirl, not sure who to pass it on to.

Will pass it back

Maybe you could make a post asking who wants to be the next Steem Torch Keeper? Maybe someone will respond.

Amazing idea of the posting
