A few people don't know how to draw, that's not even a problem to all of us actually
According to a recent study, however, your artistic ability doesn’t matter when it comes to reaping the benefits. Art can help you de-stress even if you’ve never touched a paint brush

Unfortunately, many of us think that in order to paint something, you have to be talented as well as imaginative. That is not true. Just as with writing, driving, or giving speeches, it is a universal skill. And, as such, it can be taught and learned with a little bit of effort, so never worry about other people's opinions.
The benefits of making art and fighting stress and depression
Draw something that comforts you. Content does not matter as much as the connotations you associate with whatever you choose to draw. If you find mountains or trees relaxing to be around, try your hand at drawing your very own
Just draw. Experiment drawing with different colors, patterns, and moods. Believe it or not, drawing can help induce physical relaxation by decreasing your blood pressure, slowing your respiratory rate, and lowering your pulse
I feel if someone in the Kota Kinabalu area that wish to learn art, you can follow , perhaps I can teach and show how to draw and get a stress relieves activity
