Love story

in #art6 years ago (edited)

If you have the chance to visit one day the holy city of Varanasi in India, I advise you to spend a moment at A temple that tells with automata the history of Ramayana. THE TULSI NAMA TEMPLE.
It is not a museum of automata, but a real Hindu temple dedicated to the history of RAM.
A beautiful place, you can see children and adults amazed to see this shows.

The Ramayana composed the 3rd century BC. Consisting of seven chapters and 24,000 couplets. the Ramayana is, like the Mahabharata, one of the fundamental texts of Hinduism and Hindu mythology

It tells the story of RAM who is considered an avatar of Vishnu.

The Ramayana recounts the birth and education of Prince Ram,
He is prince but he is removed from his throne and must exile with Sita his future wife
In his exile Sita is kidnapped by the terrible demon Ravana, with the help of Hanuman the general of the army of the monkeys. He will deliver Sita and return glorious, he recovered his throne.
Hanuman is also in Hindu mythology the god of wind a bit like among the Greek mythology with Boreas, the North Wind, Euros, the East Wind, Zephyr, the Wind of the West, Notos, the South Wind.
It is said that he ruled his kingdom with great wisdom, many compare his wisdom to that of Solomon in the Bible.
Sita is publicly accused of committing adultery during her captivity. Although she is innocent, she leaves Rama taking her sons with her and is collected by the hermit Valmiki. After several years, this injustice being repaired, Sita returned with Ram.
The story is not limited to that, but it's the part I prefer, I love "love stories" that end well.
I'm always surprised in Hindu mythology to see so much similarity with Greek mythology, it's very interesting.
