What Do You Think Of My New York Drawing?
Hi, I'm Ben Turner, a UK-based artist, and I specialise in cityscapes, portraits and celebrity drawings. I do this full-time so I don't get to see much daylight any more!
This New York drawing measures approximately 42 x 60cm (17 x 24 inches) and was drawn in black india ink on Bristol Board. This is about 40 hours of work, so these things don't just magically appear on the paper!
I work mostly in pencil and ink, and have had my work exhibited in the UK and Italy, and when I was 19 years old I was the winner of an Animation Award in the UK, shortly after completing my Art Diploma in 2001. I've sold my artwork to customers in over 60 countries worldwide and have had my work published in a number of publications over the years.
