This one took longer than usual because I kept fiddling with the face (I'm still not 100% satisfied) and I was focusing on small details for my friend. Usually I take about an hour to an hour and a half to make something like this. This took about four.
Other than my high school art classes, I'm self-taught. At the moment I'm trying to overcome my fear of using color.
I have no intention of stopping! 😁 I'm neck deep in making my girlfriend's Christmas present at the moment, but the art will flow more regularly once that's perfect.
congratulations! .. and your girlfriend will surely be happy with your gift ;-)) however, if I can afford to tell you, do not fixate on always looking for perfection, because the art is not perfect !! all the best for you
