Looking to spice up your creative impulses?

 Below is a short video explaining a drawing meditation called "Automatic Drawing" it basically is a way to loosen up and get into the flow. Not only is it a relaxing exercise, but if done right it will expedite your learning process and make your art ninja!

I started learning how to draw about a year ago. I had been doing these things intuitively from the start so seeing this video was cool. I do these as warm-ups. I highly recommend them and other method exercises.
