Just looking at your lead photo for this post and I seem to recall you do yoga and I know I’ve done the same/similar hand things in one if the tai chi forms, reminded me of their common roots.
Will try to get onto the video later, been bad at making time for people’s videos lately 😖 and doesn’t help that I’ve been generally avoiding YouTube 🤣
