My Piano theory 2! Studying the physical Piano.

I am privileged to be here to share some wonderful things with you guys today again. With the help of a little conversation yesterday I was able to digress a bit from the actual content I post on daily basis here on my blog which is art(pixel drawings). Like I did decided to talk and share the little knowledge I have about Music and the Piano as a musical instruments but yesterday, I wasn't able to talk much about the Piano in details. Today, I would try to talk at length and in details about the Piano.
The physical Piano.
Yesterday, I was about talk a little about the kind of instrument the Piano is, and now I would love to talk about the physical/visual part of the Piano that people tend to appreciate the more. As a lover of music, you love the Piano for the lovely sounds if makes, but at the end of the appreciation all the questions you have to ask were like: Can't I play it? Is it easy? And so on! But do you really have passion for learning it?
According to the picture above, the Piano has a letter name for every keys on it. Like you can see above the first key happens to be the letter C and it goes on like that till it gets to G and go back to A. I said it yesterday that for music generally, one the first 7 alphabets of the English language are recognized for writing music.
To be a better Pianist/Musician, it would be of a great advantage if you can register the keys on the Piano in your mind with their letter names. This act would actually hasten the ability the learn fast as a Pianist.
A Pianist is the player of the Piano.
What's does an Octave mean on the Piano?
Critically looking at the above picture one could be able understand the use and essence of the word Octave on it. The word octave simply means 8th. So on the Piano you can identify an octave as counting eight keys simultaneously. Like when you start from a key C- D- E- F- G- A- B- C. If you count carefully you would notice that I listed just 8 letters, and starting from C, I also ended it on C. That makes it an octave, which means to get and octave on the piano, when you start from a key C you must surely end it on the next key C on the Piano. And same with other keys too.
I wouldn't love to rush the lessons, so I would stop here today and wait for my readers questions. In rounding up the lesson for today, I would love to give some facts about the Piano.
Facts like:
It is concert pitch instrument (meaning - an instrument that can pitch more than one note or one type of sound.
It's was invented Bartolomeo Cristofori in the year 1700 (harpsichord - the first Piano).
It's a musical instrument that has a cordial relationship with the human hands.
The Piano also recognize the footwork at times.
