from the charcoal to the finished painting

Starting September 1. 2017 I worked on it in my studio at the Kunstquartier Wien in Meidling with the initial charcoal underdrawing. The process was eventually finished a month later, October 2. 2017

This work is currently on tour, I blogged about one of the tour stops in Viechtach here: MAGICAL DREAMS IV

For prints, I just posted it on my Pixels site:

About my Work

Sort:

Fantastic work, both for method, choice of colors and their rendering (I love this opposition between blue technological parts and warm organic ones), and final result :)
Can't say much more due to lack of word... I'm simply impressed :)

thank you very much!

WOW. @curie should see it! excellent!

thank you - also for the suggestion 😃

AH .. I hope it works :)

well, sometimes they did check my stuff out - it's still early .....
but I am pleased that you like it

Beautiful woman, looks like an ancient Maria, surrealized. I'm also in love with the colors...

thank you - you are about right as far as "ancient" goes: Wikipedia about Isabelle de Vouthon
