I Love You Art

Howdy Steemians,

Like I mentioned in my introduction post, I do some originaly artwork which involves looping thread around pegs to form an image. Oringally, my algorithm could only handle circular shaped frames, but this winter I edited my code to be able to handle any shape. Naturally, the first thing I did was make a Texas-shaped frame.

For her birthday last month, I gave this frame to my sister with a recording of the the numbers to loop thread around in order to make the "I Love You" sign in American Sign Language. My sister is an avid sign language instructor in Kansas and loved the final result. I hope you guys enjoy it too!

My fiancee and I went to graduate school at the University of Texas at Austin, so I also made this piece to hang in our Texas-themed Airbnb bedroom.
